The Odisha Staff Selection Commission has released a notification for the recruitment of 6,025 Leave Training Reserve (LTR) Teacher posts across Government Secondary Schools under the School and Mass Education Department, Odisha. Interested and eligible candidates may check the notification on the official website of OSSC at ossc.gov.in. The application date and time will notified by the commission shortly, it said in an official notice.
Candidates who are not below 21 years or above 38 years of age as of 01.01.2024 are eligible to apply for the posts. SC, ST, SEBC, women, PwD, and ex-servicemen will be given age relaxation as per prevailing rules. The full notice along with the information brochure will be released by OSSC soon.

As per the official notice by OSSC, the advertisement is indicative in nature and provisional. “The details regarding special category vacancy, educational qualification, syllabus, plan and pattern of examination, detail benchmark disability and functional classification, etc. of PwD and other details shall be duly notified in the detailed advertisement,” reads the official notice by OSSC.
Meanwhile, the Odisha Staff Selection Commission has issued the final answer key for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level or Equivalent Examination for Specialist posts/services-2024 Mains. All those who took the exam can check and download the answer key from the official website, which will be available till tomorrow, October 10. The OSSC CHSL Mains exam was conducted on September 13 and 14 in Bhubaneshwar. As many as 3292 candidates were shortlisted to take the mains exam for the positions of Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant, Ayush Assistant (Ayurvedic Asst., Homoeopathic Asst., Unani Asst.) and Admin. The recruitment drive aims to fill 673 vacant positions.
