The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has announced the CAP Round 1 Provisional Seat Allotment result for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) 2024 today, August 14. Students who applied for the counselling process can check the results on the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org. To access the seat allotment result aspirants must key in their application number and password.

As per the official schedule, candidates satisfied with the result need to pay the acceptance fee of Rs 1,000 and report to their allocated institutes with the necessary documents between August 16 to August 18. Meanwhile, the board will announce the MHT CET CAP Round 2 seat allotment result on August 26.

MHT CET Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2024: How to check

Step 1: Navigate to the official website of MHT CET, cetcell.mahacet.org.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the MHT CET Round 1 Seat Allotment link and click on it.

Step 3: Submit your login credentials i.e. application number and password.

Step 4: The MHT CET Round 1 Seat Allotment result will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download and save the result for future reference.

The candidates who have been allotted the seat need to download the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.

MHT CET Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2024: Documents Required

Applicants must submit the following documents during the admission process at their assigned colleges:

–– Class 10 mark sheet

–– Class 12 mark sheet

–– Passport Size Photographs

–– Domicile Certificate

–– Caste Certificate (if applicable)

–– Valid ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter’s ID, Passport, Driving License)

–– Any other document as per the institute’s requirement

This year, the Maharashtra CET entrance examination for students seeking admission to Engineering and other programmes was conducted from April 22 to May 17. The PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) group examinations were administered from April 22 to April 30 and the PCM group examination was from May 2 to 16. The results for the MHT CET 2024 examination were declared on June 16. Reportedly, the exam consisted total of 5,100 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology subjects.
