The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has announced an extension of the application deadline for MAH LLB 5-year, BA, BSc-BEd 4-year CET exams 2024. This extension, which marks the third time the registration dates have been prolonged, allows candidates more time to apply for these courses. The new deadline for registration is April 15, and interested candidates can submit their applications through the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

The MAH LLB five-year CET 2024 exam is scheduled to take place on May 18. This examination is conducted to select candidates for admission to five-year integrated law programs for the academic session 2024-25.

MAH LLB 5-year CET 2024: Eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria for the MAH LLB 5-year CET 2024 are as follows:

– Candidates must have completed Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognized board.

– For candidates in the unreserved (UR), economically weaker section (EWS), and other Maharashtra state (OMS) categories, a minimum aggregate of 45 per cent marks is required. Scheduled caste (SC) and scheduled tribe (ST) candidates must secure at least 40 per cent marks.

– Vimukta Jati and nomadic tribes (VJNT), scheduled castes (SC), and other backward classes (OBC) candidates need to have obtained a minimum of 42 per cent marks.

To apply for the MAH LLB five-year CET 2024 exam, candidates should follow this easy step-by-step procedure:

Step 1. Visit the official website of the CET Cell at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Step 2. Navigate to the MAH LLB 5 years CET 2023 tab on the homepage.

Step 3. Click on the registration link. New candidates must register while existing users can log in to the portal.

Step 5. Pay the application fee and download the payment receipt for future reference.

MAH CET 2024: Application fee

The application fee for candidates belonging to the open category, EWS category from Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra, all India candidates of all categories, and Jammu-Kashmir migrants is Rs 1,000.
