Mumbai: The rupee recovered by 3 paise to 67.08 against the US dollar in early trade today at the Interbank Foreign Exchange on increased selling of the American currency by exporters and banks.

The rupee had depreciated by 5 paise to end at 67.11 per dollar in Wednesday's trade amid rebound in the US currency in global markets.
Meanwhile, the benchmark BSE Sensex rose by 77.99 points, or 0.27 per cent, to 28,137.93 in early trade.
