Elvish Yadav Snake Venom Case: Noida Police Arrests Two More Accused | Deets Inside
Elvish Yadav was arrested on Sunday, March 17, in a snake venom related case.

Elvish was arrested by the Noida police in connection with the snake venom case last week. Elvish has been taken into custody for 14 days. And now, there have been more arrests in the case. ANI reported, “YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav case | Noida Police arrests two more accused named Ishwar and Vinay. Police investigation intensified after the arrest of Elvish Yadav. Ishwar and Vinay both are residents of Haryana.”

Meanwhile, Jail Superintendent Arun Pratap Singh told Jagran that Elvish was given three blankets for his disposal as per the rules in the jail. The publication also claimed that Elvish has been kept in the quarantine barrack and will soon be moved to the general barracks. The jail administrator also revealed Elvish was served food from the jail menu on Sunday night. This includes puri, vegetables and halwa.

According to a new report, Elvish has not confessed to his crimes. A police source told The Indian Express, “During questioning, Yadav did not accept the crime… but we have a lot of evidence. For him, it was to make a statement that he’s got ‘swag’ or ‘bhaukaal’. He wanted to paint a picture among his fans as someone who is completely unafraid of law-enforcement agencies and can do whatever he wishes.”

Elvish Yadav stands to faces charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The law under Section 29 deals with buying and selling of drugs. It is reported that getting a bail under this law is tough.
