Amy Jackson on Monday left everyone surprised after she announced her engagement with Ed Westwick. She took to her social handle and shared a series of photos along with the announcement. Bollywood celebrities including Kriti Sanon, Kiara Advani, Athiya Shetty, and others sent congratulatory wishes to the couple.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Amy wrote, “Hell YES.” In one of the photos shared by Amy, she could be seen in shock as Ed proposed to her by going down on one knee. She also shared some happy photos of the two after the proposal. Ed proposed to Amy in Switzerland, amid snow-clad mountains. Taking to the comment sections, Kiara Advani posted several heart emojis. Kriti Sanon wrote, “Omg!!! Congratulations love” Athiya Shetty too wrote congratulations with a black heart emoji. Lisa Haydon wrote, “Awww love congrats and glacier 3000.” Orry, who has become quite popular on social media and is always present at all the BTown parties wrote, “Biggest congratulations angel !!!” Shruti Haasan too posted several red heart emojis.

Amy’s friends and fans rushed to the comments section to congratulate her. Orry commented, “Biggest congratulations angel !!! .” Referring to Ed’s iconic role as Chuck Bass in Gossip Girl, several fans wrote, “Chuck has finally found his Blair.” One person commented, “Sorry?! No. I was not prepared for this when I opened my phone congrats, you guys .”
