Himalayan 452 is at final testing testing phase, and is scheduled to launch on November 7.

The much-awaited Himalayan 452 has been grabbing the headlines for quite a long time. As the vehicle reached its final testing phase, and is scheduled to launch on November 7, the company has shared a 12-mini-long video on its official YouTube channel, naming it as “The Final Test".

During the 12-minute-long video, some professional riders were seen, taking the motorcycle on the toughest terrain, flaunting its capabilities and power to handle the toughest terrains.

While sharing the video on the video streaming platform, RE captioned it saying “The team of 24 rode the all-new Himalayas from plains to peak and everything in between. The final test was set into motion on September 2023 as the first three production motorcycles rolled off the assembly line of Royal Enfield’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Oragadam, Chennai. The team rode through Bengaluru, Udupi, Goa, Pune, Indore, Sawai Madhopur, Chandigarh, Manali, Leh, and Hanle. Culminating the ride at the world’s highest motorable pass at Umling La."

In the video, one of the riders was seen explaining how the bike responded on the rough terrains of the Himalayas. He was heard saying, that before making the bikes into the final production, a team of experts tested the motorcycles from every inch, and pushed it to the edge while doing the final testing.

After getting a satisfactory result, they feel the off-roader is good to go, and ready to hit the Indian market.

Meanwhile, the upcoming Himalaya 452 will come with an overall weight of 196 kg, which is 3 kg less heavier as compared to the 411 model. The motorcycle will be powered by the latest 451.65 cc, liquid-cooling, single-cylinder engine, generating a max power of around 40 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm of peak torque.
