Suzuki Motorcycles Soon to Get Rear-View Camera, Here's What We Know So Far
It has been reported the company has partnered with Tokai Rika to develop rearview cameras for bikes. The brand is yet to release officially details about the same.

In a groundbreaking move to offer a safe riding experience to customers, the leading bike maker Suzuki is gearing up to bring the rearview camera concept to its motorcycles. Yes, you read it right. The company is reportedly working on the same and is expected to release it soon.

It has been reported that Suzuki has partnered with Tokai Rika to take the development ahead. However, concrete details about the upcoming feature are yet to be shared by the brand.

Here’s What to Expect

If rumours are to be believed, Suzuki might install a high-definition wide-angle camera on the back panel of the motorcycle. All the projection control will be given on the TFT  screen, providing the rider with a complete view of the rear traffic. The camera also will be equipped with the dynamic guidelines, which will help the rider to have a better idea about the surrounding.

The move is expected to enhance the overall riding experience, where both the side mirror and rearview camera will work together, offering extra safety on the road.

Available on E-commerce Webistes

To note, the rearview camera is not something unusual. Interested customers can purchase it on any e-commerce website. However, this is the first time that a leading bike manufacturer has initiated a significant step towards safety, installing a rearview camera in the production model.

Fleet in India

Currently, Suzuki offers a wide range of motorcycles to Indian customers. Their fleet is filled with multiple tech-loaded models. The list includes Gixxer SF BS6, Gixxer 250, V-Strom SX 250 and Access 125 among others.
