In a move to provide extra safety benefits to women passengers, India’s first intercity premium electric bus service NueGo has launched a dedicated 24/7 helpline. The official says the initiative has been taken to provide a seamless, secured, and pleasant travel experience to all female commuters.

As per the details shared by NueGo, the newly added dedicated helpline(1800 267 3366) will assist all the female passengers onboard 24/7, answering their travel-related concerns, and sorting them out. The company says the move will make their travel more relaxed than ever, and will allow them to board the bus at any time with full confidence.

Apart from having a dedicated helpline number, the E-bus also is equipped with some of the advanced Safety systems. The list includes GPS Live Tracking, CCTV Surveillance, Driver Breath Analyzer Tests, and Driver Monitoring Systems, among others.

Meanwhile, NueGo has been making efforts to gain extra attention from female travelers. Recently, it has introduced an exclusive discount offer, allowing female travelers to enjoy a decent discount of 15 percent on tickets across routes.
The offer can be opted from NueGo’s official website, application, and OTA channels, including Paytm, Redbus, and Via.
