After successfully launching Thar Roxx, the leading carmaker Mahindra has announced a huge discount on the Thar 3-door. According to the details, the company is offering an impressive discount of Rs 1.5 lakh on the model.
It seems like the decision has been taken to maintain the overall sale of standard Thar after the introduction of the 5-door Thar. Interested customers can visit authorised dealerships nationwide to enjoy the newly released offer.
Here’s List of Discount Trims
To make it more convenient for the customers, we have created a list of all the variants that went on huge discounts. The list includes Thar LX Petrol AT 2WD, LX Petrol MT 4WD, LX Diesel MT 2WD, LX Diesel MT 4WD, LX Petrol AT 4WD, and LX Diesel AT 4WD. All the mentioned trims can be purchased at a discount of Rs 1.50 lakh.
To note, AX OPT Diesel MT 2WD has received a slightly lower discount. Interested customers can enjoy an overall benefit of Rs 1.36 lakh.
Powertrain Options
Under the hood, the regular Thar comes in three engine options. It is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol, 1.5-litre diesel and 2.2-litre diesel engine. These units generate a maximum power of 150 bhp with 300 Nm torque (320 Nm with AT), 117 BHP with 300 Nm torque, and 130 bhp with a peak torque of 300 Nm respectively.
