Jury selection is set to begin Thursday, Jan. 20, in the federal trial of three fired Minneapolis police officers Tou Thao, Thomas Lane and J. Kueng charged with federal civil rights violations in George Floyds death. The trial, being held in in St. Paul, Minnesota, is expected to last several weeks.
There is no camera or video access to the proceedings. AP will offer sketches from the courtroom on merits, as well as photo and video coverage from outside the courtroom on merits, including video and photos of possible protests and video debriefs of reporters covering the proceedings.
