Nia Sharma is one of the popular names in the Indian television industry. Over the years, she has enthralled the audience with her top-notch performances in daily soaps, such as Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behena Hai, Jamai Raja and Naagin 4. At present, the 33-year-old is busy with the shoot for her ongoing serial Suhagan Chudail, and she recently escaped a serious accident.
On September 5, Nia shared a carousel on her Instagram account consisting of photos and videos from the sets of Suhagan Chudail with the caption, “When they say lit…and it literally gets on fire… #suhaganchudail.” In one of the clips, the actress was seen standing in a circle surrounded by men carrying torches. While she tries to escape the circle, a flame is directed towards her. She then screams and falls to the ground. Following this, the team behind the camera was heard saying, “Cut” after Nia collapsed.
Along with this clip, the actress also posted a few pictures of her glam avatar, giving her fans a sneak peek of her look for the shoot. Nia wore a black bralette top adorned with mirrors and opted for a long shimmery skirt with multiple slits featuring the same design as her top. She completed her look with bold kohl-rimmed eyes and nude lips.
Nia’s post attracted the attention of her fans, who started asking about her well-being in the comment section. One fan asked, “Oh my God… Are you okay?” Meanwhile, others just complimented her glamorous look.
Besides Suhagan Chudail, Nia is also a part of the cooking show Laughter Chefs: Unlimited Entertainment. The actress is a partner of popular comedian Sudesh Lehri in the show. She often shares updates from the show on her Instagram account. Just a few days ago, Nia uploaded a carousel featuring some behind-the-scene moments from the sets of the show. She was dressed in a ruched pink mini-dress, which she accessorised using a black belt. Sharing the carousel on her account, Nia wrote, “Laugh out loud through the day.. drop dead in the night kind of dayyyys #laughterchefs.”
Nia made her debut in showbiz in 2010 with Star Plus’s Kaali – Ek Agnipariksha. She rose to meteoric fame with her role as Manvi Chaudhary alongside Krystle D’Souza, Karan Tacker and Kushal Tandon in Star Plus’s Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. In addition to daily soaps, Nia has also appeared in several reality TV shows.
