Actor Drashti Dhami, who is expecting her first child with husband Neeraj Khemka, is fortunate to have such support. The Dill Mill Gayye star shared the news of her pregnancy in June, with their baby expected in October. On Monday, her Madhubala co-stars Arti Puri and Pallavi Purohit took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message about her pregnancy. Arti Puri shared two photos that featured Drashti Dhami, herself, and Pallavi Purohit in matching night suits. In the first photo, Arti Puri and Pallavi Purohit hug their former colleagues’s baby bump, while in the second photo, they kiss her baby bump.
While sharing these photos, which capture the friendship between the three of them, Arti Puri wrote, “Extremely overwhelmed to share our new chapter. The bond between a mother and a child is unbreakable, just like the bond between us. We will always be there to lend a hand and offer advice whenever you need it. For those who don’t know, Drashti Dhami married her businessman boyfriend Neeraj Khemka on February 21, 2015. After nine years of marriage, they decided to have a baby. They made the pregnancy announcement via an Instagram video on June 14. The wholesome video showed a couple holding a poster that said, “Could be pink, could be blue. All we know is that we are due. October 2024.” Their close ones also appear in the video.

Drashti Dhami made her acting debut with the popular show Dill Mill Gayye on Star One in 2007. She then went on to be one of the top TV actors with shows like Geet, Madhubala, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani and Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka. Her latest project was Duranga, an original web series that is adapted from the Korean drama Flower of Evil. It will be interesting to see what her next project will be after her pregnancy.
