Afghanistan managed to defeat Sri Lanka in dominant fashion and find themselves in contention for a spot in the semi-finals with their third win in the tournament. Fazalhaq Farooqi starred with the ball having picked four wickets to restrict Sri Lanka to a total of 241. With the bat, it was the trio of Rahmat Shah, Hashmatullah Shahidi, and Azmatullah Omarzai who picked a half-century each to secure the chase for Afghanistan. Check out the photos from the game.
