The BJP has formally announced the withdrawal of support to the JD(S).
The BJP on Saturday formally announced the withdrawal of support to the JD(S) Government in Karnataka and demanded that fresh elections are held in the state immediately. The formal announcement came a day after JD(S) chief HD Deve Gowda had told BJP President Rajnath Singh on Friday evening that his party was not ready to transfer power to the saffron party in the state.
