CPI(M) General secretary Sitaram Yechury had slammed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his decision to de demonetize the higher denomination notes of 500 and 1000 rupee. Mr Yechuray said that the government meassures have set in Ana anarchy in payment system down tehe stream. Common man on street from Vendor to fisherman had been hit hard. Questioning the prime minister on his resolve to stop generation of Black Money, fighting corruption, checking the menance of Fake Indian currency notes and putting an end to terror Funding through the proccess of demonitisation, the CPI(M) General secretary said that none of these objectives could be achieved through this proccess.

Slamming the Government's decision Mr Yechury. Said that ' Prime Minister Himself had earlier said that real Black Money is hoarded Off shore in tax heavens..How will PM bring this money back through such measures'. He also says that ' the world wide finding is that terror groups and modules are being mostly funded through electronic transfers and not through cash. Hence claiming to curb Terror funding through deraling Payment system is not going to be effective'

Prime Minister had now tried to divert people's mind from these basic issues of concerns by playing a gimmic of demonitisation'. If the government is really keen to fight balck Money and corruption then why is it shy of Baning direct corporate funding to political parties. What is it doing to stop generation fo Black Money' adds Mr Yechury
