Prabhas Fan 'Slaps' Him After Posing For Photo With Salaar Star in Viral Video, Watch

A video has resurfaced online showing Prabhas getting a playful ‘slap’ by an excited female fan. The video, which was originally shared online in 2019, revealed that the excited fan met Prabhas at the airport. Thrilled to meet her favourite star, the girl was seen jumping with excitement before finding a place next to Prabhas. The duo posed for photos. As soon as they were done with the photos, the excited fan couldn’t help but playfully slap Prabhas. Her actions left everyone, including Prabhas in shock.

The original video featured Prabhas stunned by the way the events panned out but eventually broke into a fit of laughter. The video coincidentally resurfaced just days after it was reported that Prabhas will be locking horns with Shah Rukh Khan. The actor’s film Salaar is set to release alongside Dunki in December. Both films confirmed the clash.

Salaar was initially set to release on September 28. The film was preparing for a clash with Vivek Agnihotri’s The Vaccine War. However, director Prashant Neel pushed the release to December due to pending post-production work. The new release date was confirmed last week. The team released a new poster featuring Prabhas and the release date. “Coming Bloody Soon! #SalaarCeaseFire Worldwide Release On Dec 22, 2023,” the caption read.

Besides Prabhas, Salaar stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Meenakshi Chaudhary. The film is produced by Hombale Films, the team behind KGF and Kantara.

Meanwhile, Dunki stars Shah Rukh Khan in the lead and is directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The film also stars Taapsee Pannu in the lead, marking their first film together. Shah Rukh confirmed during an Ask SRK session last week that the team is still eyeing the December release date.
