Anushka Sharma, who has been away from the big screen for a long time now, surprised her fans on Friday. The Bollywood actress appeared in a television commercial for an ethnic wear brand. Anushka took to her Instagram handle and dropped the commercial. She was seen posing in different traditional outfits. From a yellow anarkali suit to a white kurti; Anushka looked prettiest in all. She was also seen dancing her heart out in the clip as she welcomed the festival season in India.
Anushka’s surprise appearance left her fans completely impressed. Soon after the video was shared, netizens rushed to the comments section to compliment the actress. “She’s smile, she’s cuteness, she’s a reaction, and especially she’s voice, so Wonderful yrrr❤️,” one of the fans wrote. “She looks so pretty,” added another.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli first met in 2013 while shooting for a television commercial. The two fell in love with each other but kept their relationship under wraps. In 2017, they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Italy. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl in January 2021 and named her Vamika. In February this year, they became parents once again when they welcomed a baby boy – Akaay. Anushka and Virat have now moved to London with their children to live a life away from the glitz and glamour.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka Sharma will soon be seen in Chakda Xpress. It is a biopic on the life of cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The movie also marks her comeback to film after six years. She was last seen in Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. The upcoming sports drama will be released on Netflix. However, its release date has not been announced as of now.
