Vicky Kaushal is a doting husband to his actress wife, Katrina Kaif. The actor often fondly talks about Katrina in interviews and leaves no opportunity to praise his wife. In a recent chat, Vicky spoke about how he and Katrina deal with the low phases of their relationship.
Vicky told Galatta India, “It’s been about just holding hands and just keep saying that whatever it is, we are on the same team together. The ups and downs we are both going through this together.” Talking about how Katrina has impacted his life, Vicky said, “I really feel very fortunate for all the beautiful things she adds on to me, to who I am. And I just feel that I just wake up a better person because of her. She is such a giver in that sense in the relationship that I feel very fortunate.”
Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal has taken the internet by storm with his butter-like-smooth dance moves in the recently released song ‘Tauba Tauba’ from his upcoming movie Bad Newz. Several celebrities and influencers have imitated Vicky’s hook step and posted their videos on their respective social media accounts, taking the buzz around the song a notch higher.
Vicky revealed how Katrina Kaif, a phenomenal dancer, reacted to his moves. Speaking to Times Now/Zoom, Vicky said that although Katrina loves the fact that he dances so openly but suggested he “practice control” when it comes to dancing on screen. However, when Katrina saw Vicky in ‘Tauba Tauba’, she dubbed his moves “perfect”.
A few days back, Katrina also took to her Instagram story to give a shout-out to the trailer of Bad Newz which also has a Katrina reference. Reposting the trailer from Vicky’s Instagram account, Katrina wrote, “Can’t wait for this. Congratulations.” She also tagged Amritpal Singh Bindra, Karan Johar and Anand Tiwari. During the trailer launch event, Vicky revealed he had hinted to his wife that she was a part of Bad Newz, which had left her confused. Bad Newz depicts a rare case of heteropaternal superfecundation, where two separate eggs are fertilised in the same menstrual cycle of a woman by sperm cells of two different men.
Of late, Katrina has been making headlines for her pregnancy rumours. While at the trailer event, referring to the pregnancy rumours, Vicky was asked about “the good news” of his real life, to which he replied, “Abhi ke liye aap Bad Newz enjoy kar lo, jo hum la rahe hain. Jab uska (good news) time aayega, we won’t be shying away from giving that news.”
Katrina Kaif has been missing from the spotlight for several months now. She was reportedly in Germany. However, fans were happy to see Katrina return to Mumbai recently. The actress was papped exiting the international terminal in the wee hours of Thursday. She wore an oversized white shirt with a black jacket and light blue joggers and completed her look with black sunglasses. Netizens wondered if Katrina was pregnant since she was wearing baggy clothes.
