Varun Sandesh, who had been suffering a dent in his career since the debacle of his last film Induvadana (2022), has received positive reviews for his latest film Nindha, directed and produced by Rajesh Jagannadham under The Fervent Indie Productions banner. Both critics and audiences have praised the film.

Induvadana was hailed as Varun Sandesh’s comeback film but critics think that Nindha is his comeback film in the true sense. Director Rajesh Jagannadham has been praised for his innovative approach to a storyline based on real events, particularly noteworthy as Nindha marks his debut venture.

The movie which got good reviews is doing well at the box office as well. It has emerged as the top grosser in the Telugu states this weekend. According to trade analysts, the film, which was produced on a reasonable budget, is expected to recoup its investment and achieve commercial success.

Additionally, the movie features prominent actors such as Annie, Shreya, Tanikella Bharani, Bhadram, Surya Kumar, Chatrapati Shekar, Mime Madhu, Siddharth Gollapudi and Arun Dalai. Ramiz Naveeth was the cinematographer, while Santhu Omkar composed the music. The editing was handled by Anil Kumar.

Nindha is reportedly based on true events that occurred in the village of Kandrakota. Varun Sandesh shared his perspective on his role in the film Nindha. He explained that he accepted the role because he was seeking a departure from routine films that had left him feeling bored and uninspired, prompting him to question his choices. During this period, Rajesh approached him with the story of Nindha, which immediately caught Varun’s interest, prompting him to agree to be part of the project.

In an interview, Varun Sandesh mentioned that his character in Nindha is markedly different from his real-life persona. He described himself as jovial and laid-back in real life, never too serious. In contrast, his role in the film portrays a mature and settled character, a departure from his usual self.
