Poonam Pandey’s close friend and actor Sambhavna Seth has expressed her anger over her fake death publicity stunt. Sambhavna shared a video slamming Poonam with the caption, “Kal ko agar Rape Awareness program hoga to aap kya karne wali ho? Shame on you.” Sambhavna shared the video on Instagram and it has now gone viral.
She said in the video, “Jo vyakti kal marr chuka tha, aaj voh dobara se zinda ho gaya hai. Toh yeh ek cancer awareness ka program tha jiski awareness ke tehet aapko yeh PR activity karni padi. Main janna chahti hoon ki yeh kis kisam ki PR activity hai? Aapke PR ne aapko samjhaya nahi ki yeh nahi karna chahiye?”

“Poori entire media kal disturbed thi. Main Dubai main hoon iss samay aur mujhe yeh khabar jab mili toh main… main sabke behalf pe keh rahi hoon ki humare saath kya hua hoga. Awareness toh aap alag phaila rahe ho lekin kitne crore logon ki mental health ke saath aap khele ho,” Sambhavna added.
She said, “Kal poora din mera aisa raha ki ek ladki, 32 saal ki thi, voh chali gayi. Voh nahi rahi. Subah se leke raat tak mere saath yahi raha. Raat ko mere saapne main bhi yahi aa raha tha aur aaj jaake maalum padta hai ki yeh ek awareness program tha. Toh awareness ke liye aap aur kya kya karne wali hain main jaana chahti hoon.”
“Yeh kitni shameful activity hai aap soch bhi nahi sakte. Ab aap jab real main aisa kuch ho jayega na aapke saath, toh ek kutta nahi bhaukne wala hai. Kal entire media lagi rahi hai. Media bhi hoti toh insaan hi hai na. Jahan tak voh pohoch paayenge voh pohochenge. Jitna question kar sakte the unhone kara,” the actress continued.
She said, “Unhone poocha ki Sambhavna ek cancer awareness ka kuch aa raha hai yeh voh toh nahi hai? Maine kaha nahi. Kuch bhi ho sakta hai par maut ka drama nahi. Main nahi maan rahi thi unki baat and I’m so sorry.”
“Aapne yeh nahi socha ki aap logo ki mental health ke saath khel rahe ho? Log abhi kis situation se bahaar nikle hain abhi Covid se. I lost my father… mujhe pata hai voh mental state kya hota hai. Ab koi maut pe bhi bharosa nahi karega. Shame on you,” Sambhavna concluded.
For the unversed, a day after Poonam Pandey’s death was announced on her Instagram handle, the actress came out in a video statement on Saturday morning and clarified that she is still alive. She argued that the motive of her death news was to create awareness regarding cervical cancer. However, the ‘awareness stunt’ has not gone down well with the netizens, including her friends.
