Mumbai: Superstar Salman Khan has asked his fans to watch for Akshay Kumar's forthcoming film Rustom.
Salman on Tuesday night took to Twitter to share a video urging his fans to watch Rustom which is slated to release on August 12.
In the video, the Dabangg star is heard saying: "Humare film industry ke Rustom-e-Hind ki film aa rahi hai naam hai Rustom. August 12 ko jaakar dekhiye Akshay Kumar ki film Rustom. (The film of our film industry's Rustom-e-Hind titled 'Rustom' is releasing. Watch Akshay Kumar's Rustom releasing on August 12)."

Salman, who was seen sporting a white t-shirt and grey jacket captioned the video: "10 Days To Rustom, Akshay Kumar."
Rustom is based on real life story of Indian Navy officer Commander KM Nanavati, who shot dead his wife's lover but was pardoned. The film, which carries the tag line '3 shots that shocked the nation' also brings back Akshay and director Neeraj Pandey after the duo worked together on their 2015 project Baby.
Pandey is also co-producing the film too.
Santosh Thundiyil has handled the film's cinematography while it is directed by debutant Tinu Suresh Desai.
