Salman Khan House Firing Case: Warrant Issued Against Lawrence Bishnoi's Absconding Brother, Anmol
This comes a day after it was reported that jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol had given a 9-minute long “motivational” speech to shooters before they opened fire at Salman Khan's residence.

In a big development in the Salman Khan house firing case, it has now been reported that a special court in Mumbai has issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi. Besides this, another warrant has also been issued against a person named Rohit Godera, who is an alleged member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Anmol and Rohit have been absconding ever since the Mumbai police named them in the charge-sheet related to the case earlier this month. Considering the same, special judge for Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) cases, B D Shelke issued a standing non-bailable warrant against Anmol and Godera.

This comes a day after it was reported that jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol Bishnoi had given a nine-minute long “motivational” speech to shooters before they opened fire at the Bollywood superstar’s residence.

Reportedly, the chargesheet filed by the Mumbai police’s crime branch mentioned that Anmol Bishnoi had told the two shooters – Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal that they should do the work “well” because it will “script history”. “Do this work well. After the work is completed, you guys will script history,” he told the shooters, according to the 1,735-page chargesheet, accessed by NDTV.

“Do not be afraid at all while doing this work. Doing this work means bringing a change in the society,” Anmol Bishnoi added. While the speech was given by an audio message, the shooters were asked to “fire shots in such a manner that it scares Salman Khan”. They were also asked not to wear helmets and smoke cigarettes to appear fearless.

In April this year, gunshots were fired outside Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area. Later, it was reported that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang is alleged to be behind the attack as the gangster’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the shooting incident via a Facebook post.

Just a couple of days back, it was reported that Salman Khan also opened up about the alleged threats he and his family members have been getting from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang over the years while recording his statement to the anti-extortion cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch.

“I heard a cracker-like sound. Then, at around 4.55 am, the police bodyguard said that two people on a bike had fired from a weapon at the Galaxy Apartment’s first-floor balcony. There had been attempts to hurt me and my family prior to this as well. I have learnt that Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for the attack from social media. So, I believe that it is the Lawrence Bishnoi gang who have carried out the firing on my balcony,” he said.

“Earlier also, Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang members in an interview talked about killing me and my relatives. So, I believe that Lawrence Bishnoi, with the help of his gang members carried out the firing incident when my family members were sleeping inside and planning to kill me and my family members so they carried out the attack,” the actor added.

After the shocking incident, Salman Khan’s security was upgraded.
