Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala got engaged earlier this month. While the couple has not shed light on their wedding plans, a new report has claimed that Chay and Sobhita have narrowed down two possible dates for the wedding. It is also claimed that the couple has picked out Rajasthan as the wedding venue. News18 Showsha couldn’t verify the claims at the time of reporting.
As per several Telugu outlets, including News18 Telugu, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala could either get married at the end of the year or might exchange their vows in March 2025. The report also claimed that while Rajasthan seems to one of the top options, Chaitanya and Sobhita are also looking at destinations in Madhya Pradesh and even abroad for the ceremony.
For the unversed, Naga Chaitanya was previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Their wedding took place in Goa.
Meanwhile, Nagarjuna is happy to see his son moving on. He added that the couple is not in a rush to get married either. “Not immediately,” he said, speaking about the couple’s wedding plans with Times Now. “We chose to have a hurried engagement because it was an auspicious day, and since Chay and Sobhita are very sure that they want to marry, we said, Let’s do it.”
The Telugu superstar added that Chaitanya was ‘depressed’ after he and Samantha decided to part ways. “Chay has found happiness again. He is very happy. So am I! It has not been an easy time for Chay or the family. The separation from Samantha left him very depressed. My boy doesn’t show his feelings to anyone. But I knew he was unhappy. To see him smile again…Sobhita and Chay make a wonderful couple. They love each other dearly,” Nagarjuna said.
