Joe Jonas Pens Cryptic Song Referring to Sophie Turner Divorce: 'Wish I Had Powers to Be Invisible'

Singer Joe Jonas appeared to have referred to his divorce with Sophie Turner in a new song. The Jonas Brothers member took to TikTok and shared a teaser clip of the new song in which he seemingly spoke about how he’s feeling after he parted ways with Sophie. The lines of the song mention about feeling ‘miserable’. The song comes amid their turbulent divorce process.

In the video shared on social media, Joe Jonas sang, “Come on, Joe, you got so much more to be grateful for.” He then added, “Stop being sad because you’re making the room uncomfortable / OK I get it / I know you’re feeling so miserable / Sometimes I wish I had powers to be invisible.” The song went on, “Even baddies get saddies and that’s the hardest truth / Called your mommy and daddy, they don’t know what to do.”

Last year, the couple announced separation with a statement on their Instagram handles that read, “After four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”

Sophie opened up about the divorce in an interview with British Vogue. She said she was “unhappy with the way everything played out” following the split. “I think we’re doing the best we can. I’m confident that we can figure it out. Joe is a great father to our children and that’s all that I can ask for,” she said.

Reportedly, Turner is currently dating Peregrine Pearson. Recently several pictures of Turner and Pearson engaging in a cute PDA moment in Paris went viral on social media.
