AV Media Consultancy has bagged the Karnataka distribution rights for Asif Ali and Jeethu Joseph-starrer Level Cross. The AV Media Consultancy also owned distribution rights to films such as Kooman, Rajinikanth’s Jailer, Sivakarthikeya’s Doctor, Dhanush’s Thiruchitrambalam, Karthi’s Sardaar, and Maanaadu’s Silambarasan Rajendar. All the movies performed well in theatres and garnered praise from fans and critics. AV Media Consultancy also holds the distribution rights to Dhanush’s upcoming film, Raayan. Jeethu Joseph and Asif Ali will be sharing the screen space for the Malayalam film Level Cross, after the theatrical success of Kooman. Jeethu directed the film Kooman, he took up an acting role in the upcoming film Level Cross.
Level Cross is directed by Arfaz Ayub and produced by Abhishek Films, Comanchero, and Naas Films Society. It boasts an ensemble cast of Asif Ali, Amala Paul, Jeethu Joseph, and Sharafudheen in lead roles. Reports suggest that Asif Ali will be seen in a never-before-seen avatar in the film.
Touted to be a mix of drama, suspense, and action, Level Cross also has garnered fame of being the first Indian film to be shot in Tunisia. The story and screenplay of this film have been written by Arfaaz. The cinematography of the film was managed by Appu Prabhakar and edited by Deepu Joseph, who has also edited films like Churuli, Jallikattu, and Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkum.
Vishal Chandrashekhar is in charge of the music in Level Cross. It is worth noting that this will be Vishal’s first Malayalam film. He was the music director of popular films like Chitta, Seetharamam, and Uriyadi. Chennai-headquartered Think Music had acquired the music rights to the film for an unprecedented amount.
Think Music has previously presented the music for films like The Legend, Cuckoo, Their Kabali, and the recently successful film Jigarthanda Double X. Adam Ayub will be editing the dialogue of Level Cross, the sound design will be handled by Jaydev Chakkaduth, and the production designer is Prem Nawaz.
