Bipasha Basu, Karan Singh Grover And Daughter Devi Set Major Family Goals On Way To Abu Dhabi

Bollywood’s beloved couple Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu never fail to capture attention whenever they make a public appearance. Recently, the couple stole the spotlight yet again while they were at the Mumbai Airport heading for the IIFA Awards 2024 in Abu Dhabi with their adorable daughter, Devi. The family’s stylish outfits left fans in awe, as many were delighted to see Karan and Devi twinning in black. Bipasha, on the other hand, looked stunning in a cream coloured co-ord set, which she elegantly complemented with stylish white shoes and sunglasses. Before entering the airport, the trio posed for the paparazzi.

This year, the grand Bollywood event is being held at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar and Vicky Kaushal as hosts. Meanwhile, Rekha, Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Janhvi Kapoor and Ananya Panday, among others will entertain fans with their impressive performance. While Bipasha has been away from the big screen for a long time, Karan last appeared in Hrithik Roshan starrer Fighter.

During the shoot of Fighter, Karan Singh Grover was taken aback when he learnt that his newborn daughter had two holes in her heart. She even went for an open-heart surgery. Speaking about going through the difficulty, Karan in an interview with India Today said, “At the beginning of every schedule, I felt like not going to work because it was very serious and to be away was very difficult. Also, I did not handle it very well. I was like water on the floor. I think it’s because of Bipasha that I got the strength to kind of go through that and still be here. I really felt like, for me, death would be easier than going through that.”

“At one point, I remember when we were at the hospital, and we were supposed to give Devi to the doctors, I just couldn’t. I was like, ‘no’. it felt like I didn’t have any hands or legs or feet or face. My wife is a lioness, she’s a super strong person, but then as soon as she became a mother, she was a freaking God. She is something else. Also, thanks to all the surgeons,” he added.

Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu’s love story began on the sets of their film Alone in 2015, where they first met and fell for each other. The couple got married on April 30, 2016 and welcomed their daughter, Devi, in November 2022.
