Akshay Kumar is one of the most notable and successful actors in the industry. He has created a niche for himself through his acting skills. Well, today he has come a long way in his career. Akshay has given many hits but his recently released films are not working well including Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, and Sarfira. However, today during a press conference of Khel Khel Mein, the actor revealed that he has been getting obituary messages for his flop movies.
Reacting to the same, Akshay Kumar said, “Main mara nai hu..main mara nai hu.. vo wale message nai hote jo obituary wale, condolence wale aate, are yaar. Isiliye kisi journalist likh bhi diya ‘don’t worry you will be back.” Arre main usse likh bhi diya bhai yeh kyun likh raha hai, main gaya kahan hu, idhar hi hu, kaam karta rahunga, hamesha karta rahunga. Koi kuch bhi bole. Subh uthna hai, kasrat karna hai, kaam pe jaana, waapis aana hai. Jo bhi kamata hu, apne dum pe kamata hu, kisi se kuch manga nai hai. I will keep on working till they shoot me down.”
Akshay Kumar’s last few theatrical releases that failed to make a mark at the box office include Samrat Prithviraj, Raksha Bandhan, Ram Setu, Selfiee, and Mission Raniganj.
Recently, he spoke about the same and said, “We keep on trying for every type of film. I don’t stick to one kind of genre. I keep on jumping from one genre to another, whether there is success or no success, that’s how I have always worked. I’ll keep on doing it… something that is social, something that is good, something in comedy, in action.”
