Nmami Agarwal, a nutritionist, posted a video on Instagram giving one reason why 40 minutes of workout every day is crucial for your health. She captioned the post, “1 reason for why minimum 40 mins of physically activity is essential!” and explained that the initial 20 mins of your workout is just a warmup and it is only after those 20 minutes when your body starts burning fat.

She recommends people work out for at least 40 mins at a stretch to burn the stubborn fat, especially when they want to reduce extra kilos. She says, “One good reason why a minimum of 40 minutes of physical activity is essential, is that for the first 20 mins your body is just warming up and it is only after 20 mins your body starts burning fat, so next time when you say that you have worked out for 30 mins and you are done for the day, think again and make sure that you workout for minimum 40 minutes at a stretch to burn the fat.”

According to Healthline, a study found that daily workouts have a significant impact on reducing anxiety, depression and stress. As per the reports, the study was done on 24 women with depression, and it was later observed that adding workouts to their daily routines resulted in a considerable decrease in depression. Interestingly, regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and get better sleep.
