The eighth edition of India Art Fair which concluded on January 31, saw an interesting blend of curated galleries with 18 new exhibitors, discussions, films, interactive forums and some collaborative projects with super-extravagant rest and dine services. Delfina Foundation, Bhau Daji Lad Museum, Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, Jindal Art Centre and the Korean Cultural Centre of India were some of the participants who made the event a must visit this year. What was surprising this time was the presentation of various daily life issues including identity, boundaries and social concerns with such fine accuracy. While there wasn’t any outstanding artwork this time, it certainly turned out to be an event that offered visual delight to the commoners.
Here’s a quick photographic tour for those who missed this indigenous fair this year!
