In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, J P Chandelia of INC won in this seat defeating Kailash Chand of BJP by a margin of 13,539 which was 8.38% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 52.43% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Sunderlal of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating J P Chandelia of IND by a margin of 13,996 votes which was 9.7% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 50.52% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Sunder Lal of BJP won this seat beating Hanumaan Prasaad of INC by a margin of 3,246 votes which was 3.21% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 43.06% in the seat.
