Veeru Potla, who kicked off his career as a screenwriter, took up direction with Manchu Manoj's film 'Bindaas'.
New Delhi: Telugu movie 'Doosukeltha', which featured Vishnu Manchu and Lavanya Tripathi in pivotal roles, has had a good opening at the Box Office. If rumours doing the rounds are anything to go by, Veeru Potla was interested in doing the film with Pawan Kalyan. He had also contacted the actor, but the story was turned down for unknown reasons.
Veeru Potla, who kicked off his professional life as a screenwriter, took up direction with Manchu Manoj's film 'Bindaas'. After the success of 'Ragada', his second film, Veeru worked on the script of 'Doosukeltha' and approached Pawan Kalyan with the story, but was rejected. This isn't the first time that PK has assisted other actors in bagging good scripts, in an indirect way though.
