A day after Pran Pratishtha of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, PM Modi on Tuesday said what we saw on January 22 will be etched in memories for years

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday shared glimpses of the much-celebrated Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla and said that the memories of the temple inauguration will remain in the memories of all Indians for years to come.

Taking to his X handle, PM Modi shared a video that wholesomely describes the emotions of each and every Indian who watched the consecration of Ram Lalla’s idol at the newly-constructed temple in Ayodhya, whether in person or via LIVE telecast. The tears in the eyes of the spectators watching PM Modi walk through the compound of Ram Mandir ahead of the Pran Prathishtha ceremony perfectly narrated the emotions of the 140 crore Indians.

“What we saw in Ayodhya yesterday, 22nd January, will be etched in our memories for years to come,” PM Modi said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

With the visuals of the ceremony taking place inside the temple, PM Modi can be heard saying, “Sadiyon ki pratiksha ke baad, Ram aa gaye…” (After years of wait, Lord Ram has finally arrived)

Donning a golden kurta and a cream-coloured dhoti, Prime Minister Modi led the rituals of the “Pran Pratishtha” ceremony at the Ayodhya Ram temple on Monday, January 22. Lakhs of people watched the LIVE telecast of the ceremony.

Ayodhya Ram Temple Opens for Public Today

A day after India celebrated the much-awaited “Pran Pratishtha” of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, the Ram Janmabhoomi temple opened for the public for darshan from Tuesday, January 23. The gates will remain open to the public from 7 am to 11:30 am and then again from 2 pm to 7 pm.

As per the visuals shared by news agency ANI, a large number of devotees were seen waiting for Ram Lalla’s darshan outside the temple earlier in the morning on Tuesday, the first day after the Pran Pratishtha. The devotees have gathered since 3 am in the morning to offer prayers and have darshan of Ram Lalla.

The Ram Lalla idol was unveiled by PM Modi on Monday, in the presence of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat and nd Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
