Teenager Vishal Prajapati was killed after the gun of a security guard accidentally went off during the flag hoisting function.
Meerut: A 15-year-old boy was killed and another person injured on Wednesday in an accidental firing during the Independence Day celebrations.
The incident happened at a rubber factory in Shastrinagar area of Meerut.
