HYDERABAD: Two children, alleged to have run away from their homes, were rescued by Secunderabad railway police with the help of trainee IPS officers of National Police Academy. The children are - Rakesh (12) from Nalanda district of Bihar, and an Adilabad native Bharath (10). “The trainee IPS officers noticed the children on platform number 1 of Secunderabad railway station who, after having conversation with them, get to know that they had come to the station to go back to their homes,” SP M Kantha Rao said. The rescued children were handed over to Divya Disha, an organisation for temporary rehabilitation.
