Three persons, two of them minors, who were sleeping outside their house, were killed when a speeding sand-laden truck veered off the road and overturned on them here in Badwaha on Saturday, police said.

The incident took place in the wee hours at Govindpura near Badwaha here in Khargone district when the truck driver lost control over the wheels.
The deceased were identified as Aditya (3), Sunita (21) and Kavita (13), they said. The police have seized the truck that was bringing sand from Jalkoti area in Narmada river.
A case has been registered against the truck driver who fled from the spot after the incident, they said.
