New Delhi: The Hindi film industry takes the latest trend too seriously. Be it the trend about the release dates or be it the trending actors, every producer in Bollywood wants to be benefitted from the existing pattern.
In last three-four years, Bollywood has been focusing too much on the release dates, especially in the festive season. India, as it is known as a country of festivals, opens up its pocket during the festival season to buy happiness.
Films form a good chunk of this happiness, and this is the reason every filmmaker wants to release his film on and around major festivals.
Ajay Devgn has been lucky on box office as many of his films that released on Diwali became hits. This time again he is coming up with ‘Son of Sardaar’, however he will have to face a tough competition this time. Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ is also releasing on Diwali.
If the producers of both the films decide to not postpone their film’s release dates, then it will be a win-win situation for the audiences who will get to see two big ticket films on the same date, November 13.
