The late actor's wife confirmed that the account has been hacked and the family is trying to fix it.

New Delhi: The Twitter account of veteran Bollywood actor Shammi Kapoor, who passed away on August 14, 2011, has been reportedly hacked.

The recent tweet from his account says, "Are you serious about starting your own business in 2012? you have to check this out - [URL redacted]." When you click on the link in the tweet, it redirects you to a Consumer Warnings Weekly page that tells you the way as how to make a few extra bucks these days. A phishing scam!

This tweet from his account has been made almost after one and a half month since the last one made on 28 November 2010. But, fortunately, no further tweets have been made thereafter.

According to sources, the late actor's wife confirmed that the account has been hacked and the family is trying to fix it.

What's your reaction?
