SCR Advisory ahead of rail roko

HYDERABAD: The South Central Railway on Thursday issued a travel advisory to rail passengers over likely cancellation, diversion and rescheduling of trains, ahead of the proposed 48hour 'rail roko' agitation in Telangana from September 24.
Trains scheduled to run on September 2425 on the SecunderabadKazipet, SecunderabadWadi, VikarabadParli, NadikudiBibinagar, SecunderabadMudkhed, SecunderabadDhone, DornakalManuguru, VijayawadaKazipetBallarshah, NizamabadBhodan, PeddapalliJagtiyal and AdilabadKinwat sections are likely to be cancelled/partially cancelled or diverted or rescheduled, the advisory said. Long distance trains, originally scheduled to pass through these sections on September 2425, are likely to be diverted via other suitable routes, a release said.Passengers are requested to verify for any changes in the pattern of train services and plan their travel accordingly, the SCR release said.
