The makers of 'Absolutely Anything' are reportedly planning to remove actor Robin Williams' contribution in the film.

The makers of "Absolutely Anything" are reportedly planning to remove actor Robin Williams' contribution in the film as the late star couldn't complete his work due to his sudden death.

Williams gave his voice to the animated character of Dennis the Dog in "Absolutely Anything" - a live-action British comedy starring Simon Pegg and Kate Beckinsale, which is slated for release in 2015.

According to Daily Telegraph newspaper, the part had not been completed prior to Williams' death in an apparent suicide Monday, and movie chiefs are considering bringing in another actor to re-record the scenes, reports contactmusic.com.

"I'm not sure Robin had completed doing his voice in the movie. He was doing the voice of the dog and I hope he had completed it because it would be a real shame not to have him in it," said Pegg.

"And of course there will be a degree of sadness there, but the work he did do would have been done with his usual verve and brilliance... It's a terrible loss," he added.
