Ramya, Pankaj for India Economic Summit

BANGALORE: Actor Ramya and World Snooker Champion Pankaj Advani are among the ones selected to attend the India Economic Summit in Mumbai this year. Organised as part of the World Economic Forum, those selected would get to participate in the World Economic Forum to be held at Davos.“I’m one among the few selected for the conference and I was nominated by a selection committee to represent the entertainment industry,” said Actor Ramya. Global Shapers, the selection committee nominated more than 20 people for the summit. “Those selected will attend a summit in Mumbai first and then one in Bangalore. They will also be able to attend conference organised by the World Economic Forum,” said Sangeet Verghese, Head, Global Shapers.
