Late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan's brother Pravin has been remanded to judicial custody till January 31, 2007.
Mumbai: Pravin Mahajan, accused in late BJP General Secretary Pramod Mahajan murder case has been remanded to judicial custody till January 31, 2007.
A formal chargesheet filed while Pravin has denied both charges. The draft chargesheet has been filed under Section 302 of the IPC (murder intentional and knowingly) and Section 449 (trespassing).
Pravin Mahajan had allegedly shot at his brother BJP in Worli area of Mumbai on April 22 last year. Later the same day, Pravin had surrendered to the police but Pramod Mahajan died battling for his life for 12 days at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai.-
