HYDERABAD: The ‘suspect' behind the murder of a woman and her son at Rajendranagar was found murdered near the house on Monday giving a new twist to the investigation.A mother and son, Geeta (32) and Chandu (11), were found murdered in their house at Manikyanagar on Saturday and police initially suspected Geeta's husband, Yadaiah, behind the killing. The bodies of Geeta and Chandu bodies were found in the house in a highly decomposed state and their throats slit.With locals informing police that the couple used to quarrel frequently, police suspected Yadaiah to be behind the killings.Even as the police were on a hunt for Yadaiah, they got a call from locals informing them about a body behind the MRO office on Monday afternoon.Inquiries revealed that the deceased was Yadaiah, a mason, bringing the investigation into the double murder case back to square one.Police said Yadaiah, whose body was in a semidecomposed state, had a head injury. Investigators ruled out suicide and said he might have been killed.Investigators said they have to start probe afresh.
