The labourers were in the city since January and were staying at a temporary shed in the site. The foundation work was complete and next to that was a heap of mud about 39-foot tall. As there was water log on the foundation that was about 15 feet deep, the labourers were pumping it out. Meanwhile, the heap of mud caved in on them. The other workers  rushed to their help and informed police and fire department. The fire personnel rushed to the spot and rescued Zaheer and Yasin, and shifted them to hospital.
