Man held for sexually harassing girl

KOCHI: The police on Sunday arrested a person for sexually harassing a girl.  The arrested Saji Mohan, 40, a native of Elamakara, harassed the girl after promising to marry her. The girl had lodged a complaint with the police against Saji last week. Police said Saji, who is already married, met the girl at a marriage function of a friend in Kozhikode last year. Saji used to call her  regularly and later took the girl to a lodge in North Kochi where he abused her. However, he stopped contacting her when the girl became pregnant. On  questioning him, it came to light that Saji was already married.
