IPE ranked 4th among top-20 B-schools in survey

HYDERABAD: The Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad has been ranked among the top 20 business schools by the Competition Success Review and Global Human Resource Development Centre (CSR-GHRDC) in their B-School Survey-2011.IPE has also been placed 4th in the category of top 20 Emerging B-schools of super excellence, 4th top B-School in south India and the second best in Andhra Pradesh.IPE bagged the 16th rank among top B-schools in India in respect of faculty, publication, research, consultancy, MDP and other programs.The institute got first position on the criterion of publication of papers in journals and holds second place for publication of books, whereas on the criterion of papers published in journals it again is placed at No.1 among 29 institutes.The review committee constituted by the Ministry of human resources development to review functioning of research institutes funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research has rated the Institute of Public Enterprise very high, according to a release by Prof RK Mishra, director of IPE.
