The middle-class person wishes to buy a house as it is considered an important financial asset in today’s time. The rising prices, however, make it tough. It is believed that even Rs 30 lakh is not enough to buy a house nowadays. In such a situation, you will be surprised to know that there is a luxurious house available in Peddapalli district which costs only Rs 12 lakh.
It looks like a container which has stunning interiors. It is furnished with a hall, kitchen, bedroom, cupboards and attached washroom.
It belongs to a person named Nagamaiah in Ramagundam-Anthargaon mandal of Peddapalli, Telangana. His daughter Sai Priya gave this container house as a gift to him. Nagamaiah used to support his family by doing a security job in Antargam Mandal. After knowing that his daughter Sai Priya has an interest in education, he decided to encourage her daughter for education at a higher level. While working as a security guard, Nagamayya helped her financially in pursuing a pharmacy course. She eventually landed a job in Hyderabad.
Seeing his daughter Sai Priya’s interest in education, he decided to pursue it at a higher level. While working, he brought up the girl without knowing any difficulty and made her study in pharmacy until she got a job. Sai Priya is currently working in Hyderabad.
Sai Priya, who is working in Hyderabad, grew up seeing the hardships of her father Nagamayya from her childhood. Nagamaiah loved building houses. To fulfil the dream of her father, Sai Priya ordered a container house from a company in Hyderabad. She fulfilled her father’s dream by installing a container house at their home in just 25 days with all kinds of features for just Rs 12 lakhs.
“All of us migrants from Sri Lanka faced many hardships and thought that at least we could not build our own house and we did not have enough money. But my dream came true when my daughter Sai Priya gave me a container house as a gift.” Nagamaiah expresses his happiness.
It is equipped with low-cost features like a cupboard and kitchen attached bathroom. The container house has a guarantee for about 20 years. Nagamaiah told Local 18 that if any minor damage happens in 20 years, they will be fully responsible for repair costs.
