A mobile food stall built in a Toto van in Mathabhanga, Cooch Behar, West Bengal is currently dominating the headlines in social media. According to Local 18 Bengal, people witness this car operating in the evening in different parts of Mathabhanga city. It took Kalyan Jyoti Pathak 4 months to start this mobile food stall named Disha’s Kitchen which became popular among the people soon.
It offers a variety of delicacies, much to the delight of customers from all age groups. Kalyan Jyoti Pathak said that he wanted to start a food shop for a long time.
According to him, if you want to set up a permanent shop in the heart of the city, the expenses are high. However, in comparison to the exorbitant costs, there is hardly any profit. Therefore, he built his car and started a modular kitchen in it. He said that any food can be cooked quickly in this kitchen. He added that this is the reason that many food lovers gather in this shop in the evening. He is happy that people of all age groups, whether young or old, are getting the great convenience of savouring various fast foods at their doorstep.
Pinaki Saha, a customer of the shop, said that no one would understand the idea behind this business at first. According to Pinaki, the shop is so beautifully fixed into a Toto car where various types of food items are available at very low prices. As per the customer, the people of the district are already loving this shop and think that the shop’s value will increase in the coming days.
