BANGALORE: The High Court on Wednesday directed the state government to appoint an eligible person for the post of managing director (MD) for Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) and frame charges against former MD Ramalingegowda, who is facing several allegations of misappropriation of funds and irregularities.Hearing the petition by Venkataram - one of the aspirants for the post, Division Bench comprising acting Chief Justice Vikramajit Sen and Justice A S Bopanna directed the state government to appoint an eligible person for the post within 60 days. The bench further directed the investigation to be completed in one month and frame charges against the former be framed.
