Police said Bhavesh V Patel allegedly confessed to have killed his wife out of suspicion about her character.
Vadodara: Police have arrested a man for murdering his wife at Anklav town in Anand district.
Dipika Patel, the victim, died on May 17 and her husband, Bhavesh V Patel, had told the police that she had committed suicide by consuming pesticide.
However, the autopsy report, which became available on Tuesday, said she had been strangled. Bhavesh allegedly confessed to have killed her out of suspicion about her character. Further probe is on.
